Q: Is this an insurance plan?

A: No, this is a discount drug card program that gives you access to affordable prescription drugs through a national network of participating pharmacies.

Q: How does this program work?

A: Present the card to the pharmacist at time of service. FNRX Discount Prescription Drug cards contain special computerized instructions that can be read by the pharmacy's computer. When the card information is entered, the price on the prescription is discounted based on the pharmacy's agreement with our program. This type of cutting-edge technology allows consumers to save money. If you have any questions call the PHARMACY HELP LINE AT 1-888-299-5383. Ext. 2 Then 5

Q: What if my pharmacist said the card would not save me any money?

A: As a Free National Rx Card member, you are entitled to your benefit. Your pharmacist will not know what the card savings will be until the prescription is sent for pricing via the pharmacist's computer. If your Pharmacist does not want to comply with the program, you should consider going to a pharmacy that honors the card.

Q: Will Free National Rx Card help individuals on Medicare?

A: Free National Rx Card will help individuals on Medicare pay for their drugs while in the “donut hole”.

Q: How does this program work for Pets?

A: Present your pet's prescription along with your card to the pharmacist. If you have any questions call the PHARMACY HELP LINE at 1-888-299-5383. Ext. 2 Then 5

Q: How can you provide this card free?

Because of our size, we are able to negotiate lower prices with pharmaceutical companies and pass them on to you.

Q: What prescription medications are covered under Free National Rx Card?

A: All FDA approved brand and generic prescription medications are covered.

Q: Are there any age restrictions?

A: No, Free National Rx Card is FREE to people of ALL AGES, INCLUDING PETS.

Q: Who is eligible?

A: Everyone within your household can use the card. Since our program is not insurance, there are no exclusions for pre-existing conditions. Everyone, regardless of pre-existing conditions, income or age, is eligible, INCLUDING YOUR PETS.

Q: Can I use my Free National Rx Card with my insurance card?

A: You cannot use both your insurance card and the Free National Rx Card at the same time. If you have an insurance plan that covers the drugs you are purchasing, we recommend you bring both to your pharmacy and use whichever one saves the most.
